Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the buyer of the former Rhythm Kitchen restaurant property in a sale valued at $4 million. The 11,500-square foot property is located on 2.08 acres at 6435 S. Decatur Boulevard in Las Vegas.

 

The restaurant property is well situated and will be only three miles from the new Allegiant Stadium, home of the Las Vegas Raiders football team. The former owners were previously only using the restaurant for special events and were ready to retire.

 

The buyer, restauranteur, and part-owner of Lindo Michoacan restaurants, Javier Barajas, intends to open a new Italian restaurant on the site with a complete remodeling of the building. Barajas plans to research new menu items in Italy as soon as it’s safe to travel internationally.

 

“This deal was a natural fit for both parties. We’re elated to facilitate the sale of this property from one family-owned business to another, and the newly-planned eatery is perfectly located near all the attractions that Las Vegas has to offer, ” said Lance Hamrick of Coldwell Banker Commercial Premier, who represented the buyer in the transaction.
